As part of our #Mouldingthefuture Linecross team stories, we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on Marcin, our dedicated Project Manager, who has been a cornerstone of our team since 2010.
Marcin's journey with Linecross began in 2010 as an operator, where he quickly distinguished himself through his versatility across various production departments, including vacuum forming and assembly. After four years of gaining hands-on experience, Marcin transitioned to our engineering team, mastering the use of toolroom machinery and CAD systems. His commitment to continuous improvement was evident as he undertook numerous courses in business operations, process improvement, team leadership, and management.
In 2017, we sponsored Marcin for an HNC in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on polymers, which he completed with distinction in 2019.
By 2021, Marcin's expertise and dedication earned him the role of Project Manager. In this position, he collaborates with clients across various industries to bring their new product developments to life. Additionally, Marcin has played a crucial role in mentoring our latest engineering apprentices, guiding them through their work and educational journey over the past two years.
