Linecross celebrates 25 years of service from long-standing team members Maria Smedley and Karen Marvel, recognising their contribution, loyalty and impact.
Linecross is proud to celebrate an exceptional milestone this week as two valued colleagues, Maria Smedley, Production Manager for Polyurethane and Compression Moulding, and Karen Marvel, Production Operator at our Rutland facility; each mark 25 years of service with the company.
Their dedication represents not only personal achievement but also a powerful reflection of the loyalty, teamwork and community that defines Linecross.
What makes this celebration even more special is that both Maria and Karen’s partners have also each served more than 25 years at Linecross.
Their shared commitment across families highlights the strong culture, long standing relationships and sense of belonging that continue to shape our organisation.
Across the past 25 years, Maria and Karen have played significant roles in our evolution, supporting the production across our full product portfolio for customers including prestigious automotive brands such as Aston Martin, Bentley and Lotus, as well as iconic names including JCB, Swift and Coachman Caravans.
Their experience, insight and dedication have contributed to the development of new processes, the strengthening of quality standards and the ongoing progress of our business.
Maria and Karen’s commitment, knowledge and passion have had a lasting impact on Linecross, helping shape who we are today. We extend our deepest thanks for everything they have contributed.... past, present and future.
