Linecross has expanded its injection moulding capability at its Cannock site with the installation of two new machines, increasing capacity and flexibility to support evolving customer requirements.
Linecross has further strengthened its UK manufacturing capability with the installation of two new injection moulding machines at its Cannock facility, reinforcing the business’s ability to support customer programmes with greater flexibility and responsiveness.
The latest investment increases available capacity across the injection moulding operation, enabling Linecross to better support low- to medium-volume applications where precision, repeatability and consistent quality are critical.
With machine capacities spanning 35 to 2,300 tonnes, Linecross is able to accommodate a wide range of component sizes and technical requirements. This breadth allows the team to manage everything from complex tooling programmes through to in-house assembly and finishing, supporting reliable series production under one roof.
As customer requirements continue to evolve, the additional machines provide greater operational headroom, ensuring projects can be scheduled efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected across automotive, industrial and specialist manufacturing sectors.
The investment reflects Linecross’s ongoing commitment to aligning its manufacturing infrastructure with customer demand ensuring the Cannock team has the capacity, technology and expertise required to respond quickly as programmes scale or change.
