Our CNC department is responsible for trimming approximately 50,000 parts each month. CNC Manager Paul Durrant manages 13 5-axis CNC trimmers and our twin-head high-pressure waterjet, and a team of over 30 people.
Tebis’ unique automation combined with Tebis Virtual Machine technology supports machining setup and planning, collision-free CNC toolpath calculation, simulation and verification. This is especially beneficial to our complex 5-axis trimming and has enabled us to improve the quality, accuracy and speed of our CNC cutter paths for component trimming.
